Policy

Cancellation Policy :

1. If cancelled before 60 days of the date of arrival: 10% of the total amount of the stay will be charged as retention charge.

2. if cancelled within 30-60 days of the date of arrival: 20% of the total amount of the stay will be charged as retention charge.

3. If cancelled within 21-30 days of the date of arrival: 40% of the total amount of the stay will be charged as retention charge.

4. If cancelled within 07-21 days of the date of arrival: 70% of the total amount of the stay will be charged as retention charge.

5. If cancelled within 07 days of the date of arrival: 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged as retention charge.

6. In case of No-show or Check-out prior to the departure date: 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged as retention charge.

Reservation Policy :

1. Non-Resident Indians/Foreign Tourists to produce Passport and valid VISA mandatory at the time of Check-in.

2. Indian National to carry a valid Photo ID proof to produce at the time of Check-in.

3. Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of 100% advance payment at the time of making the reservation.
